• Working with a team of accounting professionals, assisting in various finance/administrative activities;
• Performing the primary accountancy tasks;
• Booking basic transactions regarding accountancy in ERP (Microsoft Dynamisc NAV);
• Checking the accuracy of the transactions performed in ERP for all the documents received;
• Working with employees for gathering documentation and approvals of business requirements;
• Drafting the monthly reports required;
• Administrating cases received from customers in the ticketing system.
• University degree in accounting, finance or related field;
• Knowledge of the Romanian legislation;
•1-2 years experience in accounting;
• Self-motivated and an excellent communicator;
• Good English written and verbal communication skills;
• Organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple demands.
